Let’s Mend This: Repair Service, Commissioned for Bloomsbury Festival, Oct 2019.

Let’s Mend This: Repair Service is an ongoing social practice artwork located in a local laundrette. Located in this public social space, the artists offer to mend any clothes with holes in them, using their pre-designed Let’s Mend...patches and a professional seamstress. Open to the public this free service gently opens up a space for active discussion about what needs mending; from playgrounds to trust in the government, which are then written on the patches.
